Only non-Feral Ghouls have Miens. Feral Ghouls attack all non-Ghouls they see.

Massive venomous hunter flies terrorize the Mohave. Between you and me, I’d rather deal with a Deathclaw.

Special: Once a creature is damaged by a Cazador, they are poisoned. Whenever their Initiative Token is drawn or every minute, they take damage as Small Beast from the venom. Antivenom ends this effect. Alternatively, the effect wears off once 30 damage has been dealt. Mien is only ever aggressive.

35. Bloatfly

The Rad Roach’s bumbling, flying cousin.

Antivenom ends this effect. Alternatively, the effect wears off once 8 damage has been dealt. Mien is only ever aggressive.

And there you have it! Eighteen Fallout-themed enemies ready to endanger a gang of Vault Dwellers, Couriers, or visiting Troika characters. Use them in your home game or just strip them for parts; that’s the Wastelander spirit, after all!
